June 2-5, 2017
with Renée Silvus, M.A., Luminaire
Let the fullness and warmth of spring hold you in silence for two entire days.
To meditate is “to bring attention.” In a silent retreat, you first bring attention to simply relaxing. Then to the universe that is you. Healing wounds. Letting go. Accepting. Inviting vision. Asking for Guidance. Listening.
Join us for a weekend of shared and solitary meditation nourished by simple and organic meals. Friday night we share, laugh, and prepare for two days of silence. Saturday and Sunday will feature options of sitting meditation, asana practice, gardening, and meals all in silence.
Please arrive Friday between 2 pm and 4 pm MST. The retreat will begin promptly at 5 pm. We break silence Monday morning after asana and meditation practice, followed by breakfast and closing.
Retreat fee includes all meals Friday dinner through Monday breakfast. A variety of unique lodging options are available. All guests will be lodged in single accommodations. We have 9 available beds and will accommodate 3 campers for a retreat cap of 12. Total retreat fee for camping will be $205.
